We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service Providers: We may share information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our website, processing payments, or fulfilling orders (e.g., payment processors, shipping carriers). These providers are contractually obligated to keep your information confidential and use it only for the services they provide to us.
  • STMA Association: For STMA wholesale members, limited account information may be shared with the South Texas Merchants Association for membership verification purposes.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or governmental authority, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of STMA Printing, our customers, or others.

7. Data Security

We take the security of your personal information seriously and implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure. These measures include:

  • Secure storage of customer accounts and order data
  • Encrypted payment processing — we do not store full payment card details on our systems
  • Restricted internal access to customer information on a need-to-know basis

While we take all reasonable precautions, no method of data transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information and are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

In the event of a data breach that compromises your personal information, STMA Printing will notify affected customers in accordance with applicable Texas law, including the Texas Business & Commerce Code §521.
